How ISR Lessons Work
Drowning can happen quickly and silently—but the right skills can make all the difference. ISR lessons are designed to teach children how to respond in the water if they ever find themselves in an unexpected situation.
In our short, consistent lessons, children build powerful survival skills:
• Babies 6 months to 12 months learn how to roll onto their back and float, allowing them to rest and breathe. Most infants achieve this skill within about 6 weeks.
• Children who are walking through 6 years old learn the swim–float–swim sequence, which allows them to swim, roll onto their back to rest, and continue swimming to safety. Most children master this in approximately 6–8 weeks.
Lessons are 10 minutes per day, Monday through Thursday, and take place at the same time each day. Young children learn best through short, focused, and consistent sessions, which helps them gain skills efficiently without becoming overwhelmed.
Tuition is $150 per week and lessons continue until your child has safely learned their skills.
There is also a one-time ISR registration fee of $105 per child, which is paid directly to ISR during the online registration process and is non-refundable.
Give your child the confidence and skills that could save their life.
